I will lead you into a meditative state by guiding your breath to activate your parasympathetic nervous system

During the session, I will use music and affirmations/visualization personalized to your needs to work toward your intention

Preparing for Your Experience

When you book, there will be intake questions for you to fill out, including setting an intention, or a goal, for our session

First thing on our Zoom call, I will educate you about breathwork and the specific style I teach, and we will establish ways in which I can best support you through the experience

We will get you settled into the space, giving you full permission to trust your body and be your most authentic self

Restore & Integrate

I will ground you back into the present, taking as much time as you need

You will have the opportunity to discuss what came up for you during the session

While it can be beneficial, there are many people that find themselves stuck on the same issues or hurt feelings after psychoanalyzing it over and over with a therapist. This is because we are trying to think ourselves out of our feelings. While this can help to an extent, our body is where trauma is most deeply stored, not the mind.

Instead, we need a way to get out of our thinking mind and into our body so we can move through our emotions and regulate our nervous system to create lasting change.

Using conscious connected breathing, you can teach your body that it's safe to shift out of your fight-or-flight responses and into calm, homeostasis.

And the best part?

When you're able to let go of the negative energy and stress that influences your subconscious thoughts and behaviors, you can more fully embody your authentic self, and step into your power!
